Pricing Policy
IDS does maintain a Schedule of Fees. When providing a quote for work to be completed IDS will calculate that quote in accordance with the Schedule. However, these fees can sometimes vary depending on the type, location and nature of each assignment. IDS attempts to provide a quote which will encompass all work to be completed. However, there will be occasions where the fees charged will be more than the fee quoted. This can be due to contingencies or circumstances outside the control of IDS. Before spending the increased fees, IDS will whenever possible seek the client's instructions to incur those extra fees, however there will be occasions when this is not possible and the extra fees may out of necessity have to be incurred. Please note that IDS does not perform pro bono or contingency work. We do not accept instructions on a no result no pay basis. Further, payment for services is expected within our normal trading terms (unless other arrangements are made) and IDS does not support the concept of payment upon the client receiving judgement or compensation payment or upon the conclusion of the client's litigation.
